• Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
• Knowledge of Spanish language is preferred.
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Skill in the use of computers and related software.
• Ability to enter large quantities of data into computer accurately and expeditiously.
• Ability to use sound judgment regarding confidential information.
• Ability to type accurately at a rate of 50 words per minute.
• Ability to maintain positive customer-focused relationships with co-workers, supervisors, agencies, the general public, and all other internal and external customers. Personally demonstrates appropriate customer service skills.
