• Serves as receptionist; performs general clerical work, answers the telephone, directs calls, and provides information.
• Collects fees.
• Performs data entry of incident reports, accident reports, supplemental reports, citations, warrants, and all other entries as required.
• Maintains filing system; indexes incoming records, reports, and related material.
• Sorts and files materials, looks up information and material in files; records information, notes final case dispositions, and makes routine posting to various departmental paper work.
• Scans documents into department’s document imaging system.
• Performs all other duties as may be assigned to meet organizational needs.
